Coco Wyo books are available through our storefront when inventory is active, plus selected marketplace and retail partners. Product pages show the current format, price, and availability before checkout.

Paperback books are great for everyday coloring, spiral-bound editions are easier to keep flat while you work, and mini books are made for short creative breaks at a desk, in a bag, or while traveling.

Colored pencils, crayons, and gel pens work well for most pages. If you use alcohol markers, acrylic markers, or wet media, place a protective sheet behind the page to reduce bleed-through.

Digital coloring pages are delivered as download files after purchase. The product page and order confirmation explain whether the item is printable, digital-only, or both.

Digital files are for personal use. You may print pages for your own coloring time, but you may not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the original files.

Sticker material varies by product. Vinyl sticker packs can handle everyday use on smooth, hard surfaces, but soaking, heat, and rough textures may shorten their life.

Sticker packs are designed as their own products. When a pack includes new artwork, repeated artwork, or themed add-ons, the product description will say so.

Coco Wyo is your seller. Orders for books held in stock in France are picked, packed and shipped by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) from inventory we store with Amazon.

Allow approximately 3–5 business days in total: 1–2 days for handling, then 2–3 days for standard delivery. We handle orders Monday–Friday with a 14:00 Paris-time cutoff; handling starts the next business day for orders received after that time. This estimate uses Amazon MCF’s published standard delivery range for France; it is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Standard shipping costs €7.59 per order. Applicable charges, including any eligible reduction, appear before payment. We do not offer an automatic free-shipping threshold.

When tracking is available, the carrier link is sent with your shipping confirmation. If you cannot find it, contact Customer Care with your order number.

For physical goods bought from our store, notify us at support@cocowyo.fr within 14 days after delivery if you change your mind. For an order delivered in parts, the window starts when the last item arrives. Then send the goods back within 14 days after your notice.

A clear statement is sufficient; no reason or prior approval is required. Include your order number if available to help us process the return. Your statutory rights, including rights for faulty or incorrect goods, remain available beyond this window.

Use this single postal return address for every country: 2160 Hartford Ave, Johnston, RI 02919, USA. All returns go to the United States. We have no physical store or in-person drop-off service.

For change-of-mind returns, choose your carrier and pay the direct return postage. Returns sent from outside the United States incur international postage. There is no restocking fee. Keep proof of postage. For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, contact us: Coco Wyo covers the necessary return postage.

You may inspect a book as you would in a shop. Handling beyond that inspection, including coloring or marking pages, may lead to a deduction for the resulting loss in value; it does not automatically remove your withdrawal right.

For digital content, the withdrawal right ends after supply begins only if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing that right. Rights relating to faulty content still apply.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary by region. Your order is created only after the selected payment method is accepted.

Checkout is handled through secure store payment providers. Coco Wyo does not ask you to send full card details by email or social media message.

Yes. We love seeing finished pages. Share your own colored artwork and credit Coco Wyo when possible. Please do not post clean, uncolored pages or files that others could copy instead of purchasing.

For questions about buying books in quantity from this store, contact Customer Care with your location and requested titles. For artwork licensing, contact the rights holder.

For use of artwork in videos, classes or commercial projects, check the terms provided by the rights holder and contact them if you need permission. Contact this store for help with an order.

Email support@cocowyo.fr with your order number, product name, photos if something arrived damaged, and the email used at checkout. That helps us find the order quickly.

Customer Care usually replies within one to two business days. During launches, holidays, or carrier delays, replies may take a little longer.
