Using the storefront

By using the Coco Wyo storefront, you agree to use it for lawful personal shopping, account, and support purposes. Product availability, pricing, promotions, and shipping options may change without notice.

You are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping and contact information.

Delivery in France

Coco Wyo is your seller. Orders for books held in stock in France are picked, packed and shipped by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) from inventory we store with Amazon.

Allow approximately 3–5 business days in total: 1–2 days for handling, then 2–3 days for standard delivery. We handle orders Monday–Friday with a 14:00 Paris-time cutoff; handling starts the next business day for orders received after that time. This estimate uses Amazon MCF’s published standard delivery range for France; it is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Standard shipping costs €7.59 per order. Applicable charges, including any eligible reduction, appear before payment. We do not offer an automatic free-shipping threshold.

Availability and tracking

Payment is taken at checkout, including for preorders. The 3–5 business-day estimate applies to books in stock in France, not preorders or unavailable items. Check each product page for availability.

Available books may ship first, with one delivery charge per order. If a book becomes unavailable, we contact you to choose waiting or a refund. Contact Coco Wyo for tracking, returns and refunds, including when Amazon dispatches your parcel.

Product use and intellectual property

Coco Wyo artwork, books, stickers, downloads, product images, and brand assets are protected by intellectual property rights. For permitted uses beyond purchasing and using the product, consult the rights holder’s terms and contact the rights holder if permission is needed.

• Do not resell, redistribute, upload, or share digital files.
• Do not reproduce clean, uncolored pages for public download or resale.
• Before sharing a finished coloring page online, check the rights holder’s sharing terms. Attribution alone does not establish permission.

Returns, support, and changes

Returns, replacements, and digital download issues are handled under the shipping and returns policy. We may update these terms as the storefront, products, or legal requirements change.
